Booking your appointment

Need to save time in your busy life or concerned about traffic when you need to go for a check-up with your hearing care professional?
We have a solution for you which will make your life easier when it concerns your hearing - Widex REMOTE CARE™.
What is Widex REMOTE CARE™?
Widex REMOTE CARE™ allows us to fine-tune your hearing aids without you having to go to our hearing clinic. This is a virtual visit that gives you face to face counselling in your own home through the WIDEX REMOTE CARE™ app on your smartphone or tablet.
Conventional hearing aids work in a way that creates a timing mismatch in the sound which reduces sound quality and gives you a tinny, slightly metallic and distorted sound experience.
WIDEX MOMENT’s™ ZeroDelay™ technology eradicates the problem of delay-based distortion that results in an annoying artificial sound. The ZeroDelay™ technology offers an entirely new and revolutionary way to handle sound that processes the sound signal faster than any other digital hearing aid.
This new sound experience is called Widex PureSound™ and will make a genuine difference to your hearing experience in real life.
For years, hearing aids have been using AI to figure out users' listening environment and provide the best sound. These days, AI in hearing aids can do so much more than that.
AI is when a computer program can think and learn, but there are different levels of AI. A deeper version of AI, machine learning, trains a computer to predict future outcomes based on human input. That’s what our AI-based personalisation feature, SoundSense Learn, does. SoundSense Learn is a hearing aid feature that’s based on the deeper AI form, Machine Learning.
This feature calculates the best possible hearing settings in the moment based on input from you. As SoundSense Learn gets smarter, it continues to get faster at calculating the best sound for you as a user.
With SoundSense Learn all you have to do is compare different sound profiles in the WIDEX MOMENT™ app and choose A or B for an intuitive way to control sound parameters.
WIDEX MOMENT™ has upgraded the 2.4 GHz Bluetooth connectivity so that you can now stream from iOS, WIDEX TV PLAY™ and other DEX accessories, plus future connections with Android devices.
So, now you’re prepared for all the streaming entertainment the world has to offer in the highest quality possible.
